We worked with Sean to sell our house, and I am really glad we did. I have known him before, so I already trusted him, and he more than lived up to it. What stood out most was his honesty. He gave us a realistic picture of the market from day one and never oversold what our home would get or how quickly it would sell. That made our decisions easier. He kept us updated throughout the process, so we always knew where things stood, and he was professional at every step. We had a great experience working with Sean and his team throughout the sale of our home. Sean worked incredibly hard for us and was always professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. One thing I really appreciated was that I never felt pressured or rushed into accepting an offer. Sean gave us his guidance and advice, but ultimately gave us the space to make the decisions that felt right for us. I always felt like he had our best interests in mind. Darcy was also wonderful and handled much of the day-to-day communication. She was always responsive, helpful, and pleasant to work with, and did a great job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sean and Darcy made the experience as smooth as possible. They were both a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy!

Sean is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely honest. He’ll tell you what you need to hear about pricing and the market, not just what you want to hear. He puts a ton of work into every client and has great relationships and connections throughout the industry that are incredibly valuable during a transaction.
